SPOTSD

Support Professionals of Tooele School District is your local Tooele County School District support employee association with local volunteer representatives. All SPOTSD dues are kept in-house and accounted for by SPOTSD board members. Our representatives work alongside you at Tooele County School District. We understand your needs and concerns and will continue to fight for what's important to you. Your local representatives are always here and always available to listen and support TCSD classified employees. Since all SPOTSD representatives work on a volunteer basis, we have minimized administrative costs and pass those savings on to our members in the form of lower dues. Our goal is to provide opportunities to help train, support, and create unity for the Tooele School District's support professionals.

This Is Bigger Than One Person
Individually our voices can be overlooked.
Together we are impossible to ignore.
To earn the right to negotiate, we must reach 50 members.
That number is not symbolic – it is essential.
NO 50 = No negotiations
Every member brings us closer
Why This Matters — Right Now
Decisions effecting classified employees are being made.
Without negotiation rights we are not at the table.
Joining means:
- Standing up for fairness, respect, and dignity
- Building a strong collective voice
- Protecting ourselves and coworkers — today and in the future
- Creating real change instead of hoping for it
You may not need support today — but when you do, you’ll want a united association behind you.
Strength Comes From Unity
Negotiation power doesn’t come from titles.
It comes from numbers.
When we reach 50 members:
- We gain leverage
- We gain representation
- We gain the ability to negotiate instead of just asking
This only happens if we stand together.
Membership Dues
Your dues are an investment in our collective strength.
- Full-time: $20.00 per month
- Part-time: $10.00 per month
Less than a dollar a day for:
- A voice
- Protection
- A seat at the table
Why Join Now
- Momentum matters
- Waiting weakens our effort
- Someone has to be #50 — it could be you
History shows that progress happens when people step forward — not when they wait for others to act first.
