What you can do if you think someone might be considering Suicide:

  1. Talk to the person you are worried about and ask if they are suicidal.

  2. Watch for warning signs: depression and hopelessness, substance abuse, giving away possessions, dramatic mood changes, intense anger.

  3. Get help immediately.
