The district is asking that all families ensure their contact information is up to date in ASPIRE SIS and available in multiple formats, (phone, email). This includes emergency contact information.
The district uses School Messenger to send out emails, text messages, and phone calls to families.
Families who want to receive text messages from their individual school and the district will need to opt-in for that service. For more information, click here
PEACHJAR: Tooele County School District uses an electronic distribution process for sending flyers home to families. The delivery system has the capability to send fliers electronically to parent or guardian email inboxes. This service helps to eliminate costs to copy and deliver paper flyers.
Look for the Peachjar link on your school’s website. If you provided your email address on your student’s contact information during registration, a Peachjar account has been established for you.
How often do I receive flyers? The default flyer delivery frequency is set to Daily. This means a flyer will be sent within 24 hours of it being posted. To change your delivery frequency you can click “Manage Delivery Preferences” at the bottom of any Peachjar email. Additionally, you can log in to your Peachjar account, click “My Account” and then “Notification Preferences”. 
I'm not receiving school flyers in my email. How do I start receiving these? If you are not receiving emails from Peachjar, there are two possible reasons for this:
 Your email address is not on file within your contact information on Aspire. You can log into Aspire and update your contact information with your email address. If you need assistance, you are encouraged to contact your school’s secretary.
 The Peachjar emails are going into your spam folder or you can’t see the images in the email. To prevent the e-flyers from going into your spam folder, add to your email contacts. When you receive your first e-flyer, be sure to click “always display images.” Peachjar is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Some schools will have a virtual back to school night, while others will have set times families can attend. Information will be distributed by your student's school on how open houses or back-to-school nights will be conducted.
All students must complete online registration. This is an annual requirement whether you are a new student or not. TCSD online registration:  
New student registration: For new students needing to enroll in school, secretaries will not be back in the buildings until after August 3rd. Please wait to bring in any required documentation until they return. 
Required documentation for new student enrollment includes: Birth Certificate, Immunizations, Proof of Residency, and (if not living with the parent) legal guardianship documentation. 
TCSD allows for open enrollment. Students can apply to attend any school within the district. Out of boundary request form:
Dual Language Immersion: Certain Dual Language Immersion programs are still accepting applications. If your student is entering into 1st grade for the 2020-2021 school year and you would like to apply for them to enroll in a DLI program/school, click here.

There is not an online Dual Language Immersion program offered through TCSD. If a DLI student chooses to do an online school or home school they will retain their place in the program for up to one year.

Class Changes/Enrollment: Please contact your student's school for information. School counselors will not be available until mid August.
