Help for people in abusive relationships (ksl article)
Utah Domestic Violence Coalition:  Utah's confidential statewide, 24-hour domestic violence hotline at 1-800-897-LINK (5465)
Most of us will have to deal with some form of mental illness in our lifetime. It is not embarrassing to go to the doctor for something wrong with our heart, for example, so why are we hesitant to go for something that is effecting our emotions and they way we think (brain).
With mental wellness, we can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and are able to make a contribution to our community and personal relationships.
