	Facilities and the Technology Department both use the new ticketing system called GetHelp. Placing a help request is as simple as 1,2,3. Click on the graphic below to get started. Log in with your full district email address and use the same password you use to log in to your computer. After you log in for the first time, you may be asked for a User ID, simply click, "I don't know my ID."
