The Digital Education Center commonly referred to as (DEC), is co-located within Tooele County School District's Community Learning Center/Blue Peak High School.  The (DEC) administrative offices are located in room 126 directly across from the gymnasium.   After entering Tooele on SR-36, turn west onto Utah Avenue and travel to 1100 W.  Travel south on 1100 west/Tooele Boulevard.  The (DEC) is located at 211 S.
