ALL SCHOOLS IN THE TOOELE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ARE IN A SCHOOL DISMISSAL STATUS UNTIL May 1, 2020. A SCHOOL DISMISSAL MEANS ALL STUDENTS ARE SENT HOME AND SHOULD NOT BE ON ANY SCHOOL CAMPUS.

During the state-wide school dismissal, parents that want to register their students with Blue Peak Online should call to schedule an appointment with the Director or Assistant Director. Appointments will be held via the Zoom conferencing application or over the phone if requested.

Who We Are: We are teachers, staff and administrators that care about your student's education and specialize in delivering high quality instruction via the Internet. Students that enroll full-time in Blue Peak Online, work to gain original credit towards a high school diploma from Blue Peak High School. Students may elect to remain at their home high schools and take up to (2) a la carte courses from Blue Peak Online by requesting courses through their school counselor. Students may take more than two Blue Peak Online courses only if they have been granted permission by their home high school principal.
Blue Peak Online Learning provides Tooele County School District students with a web-based method of earning original credit and credit recovery. Credit recovery courses are offered to students at their home high schools, under the supervision of certified credit recovery teachers.

Communication: As an online school that actively uses the Internet, we use multiple forms of communication with parents and students (telephone, email, web meetings, in-person meetings etc). We require an active student email address, to ensure academic progress is conveyed in a timely and consistent manner.
Tooele County School District utilizes an online content delivery system known as Edgenuity. Students that have an Internet connection at home can access Edgenuity via a desktop, laptop or tablet (access via a smart phone is not recommended). Students that do not have access to the Internet may use the Adult Education computer lab located within the Community Learning Center 211 Tooele Blvd. Tooele, UT 84074. Edgenuity is a common tool used in student learning which assists Utah certified educators in bringing coursework to students throughout Tooele County. Edgenuity courses are approved by the Utah State Board of Education and the Tooele County School District Board of Education.
