Who We Are We are teachers, staff and administrators that care about your student's education and specialize in delivering high quality instruction via the Internet.  Students that enroll full-time in Blue Peak Online, work to gain original credit towards a high school diploma from Blue Peak High School.  Students may elect to remain at their home high schools and take up to (2) a la carte courses from Blue Peak Online by requesting courses through their school counselor.  Students may take more than two Blue Peak Online courses, only if they have been granted permission by their home high school principal.
Blue Peak Online Learning provides Tooele County School District students with a web-based method of earning original credit and credit recovery.  Credit recovery courses are offered to students at their home high schools, under the supervision of certified credit recovery teachers.  assist students working towards graduation and earning a high school diploma.

Our Mission Blue Peak Online provides students in Tooele County with an online learning platform delivering an alternative to traditional high school core classes.
Our Vision Learning Anytime, Anywhere.
Our Values:  We inspire independence, self-reliance and ingenuity through adaptive, self-paced learning.
Communication:  As an online school that actively uses the Internet, we use multiple forms of communication with parents and students (telephone, email, web meetings, in-person meetings etc).  We require an active email address (where possible for both student and parent), to ensure student progress is conveyed in a timely and consistent manner.
Tooele County School District utilizes an online content delivery system known as Edgenuity. Students that have an Internet connection at home can access Edgenuity via a desktop, laptop or tablet (access via a smart phone is not recommended).  Students that do not have access to the Internet may use the Adult Education computer lab located within the Community Learning Center 211 Tooele Blvd. Tooele, UT 84074. Edgenuity is a common tool used in student learning which assists Utah certified educators in bringing coursework to students throughout Tooele County.  Edgenuity courses are approved by the Utah State Board of Education and the Tooele County School District Board of Education.
Students may take quizzes and chapter tests at home, however all cumulative exams must be taken in a proctored setting, which means under the direct supervision of one of the following:
  • A member of the Adult Education Staff at the Community Learning Center
  • In a lab managed by a Credit Recovery teacher (located at the student's home high school)
  • A member of the staff in the Blue Peak Online offices
