Rocky Mt. Power has notified Tooele County School District of an extended power outage affecting Vernon Elementary School. Rocky Mt. Power estimates power to be restored on or after 1:30pm.  District and school administration have decided to release Vernon Elementary students to parents after lunch concludes.
