The Student Health and Risk Prevention (SHARP) survey data report is a profile of Tooele County School district. This information is helpful as the schools put prevention programs and strategies in place.
The Parent Information Resource Center, also known as the PIRC, is focused on parent involvement. Their motto is, “Bringing schools and families together for student success.”
Children spend a significant part of their day at school. Because of this, the faucets that provide water used for consumption, including drinking fountains, and sinks used for cooking breakfast and lunch have been tested for lead in all the schools within Tooele County School District.
Last week, the test results came back with a clean bill of health. All the schools have safe drinking water according to the guidelines established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
